Lunch Rerun ~ Golden Crusted Brussels Sprouts

This recipe for Golden Crusted Brussels Sprouts has very few ingredients but the salty cheese paired with the tart lemon juice are simply delicious. It's easy to prepare in about 10 minutes and tastes like oven roasted veggies that take much longer.

  1. I can tell we got the same goodies in our bountiful baskets! If you still have a butternut squash to use, I made this last night and it was delish:

Silly Question: Do you actually eat all of this stuff for lunch, or is that just the name of your blog?

  2. I love the look of that pizza recipe, but alas I cooked all the squash in the baked butternut squash the day before.

Yes, Dan works from home so we eat a more formal lunch and a casual dinner (ie dino chicken nuggets with mac and cheese). I prepare and adapt all the recipes here and unless you see someone else's name in the recipe title (like PW) I consider it my own. I take a picture of the serving on my lunch plate to post and then I eat it! I'm having a lot of fun experimenting, I hope it's fun seeing the results.
